| Get in the "Red, White & U" spirit! Beginning the week of April 5 and ending the week of May 17, two judges in each of the four city zip codes (47401, 47403, 47404, 47408) will be driving around town in search of outstanding front yards. Four winners, one in each section, will be announced in the Herald Times newspaper each week, and the winners will receive a BIB Best Spring Yard sign to display in front of his or her home for the week. So, join in the fun and start making your planting plans now. |
